WOW. Just wow. What a complete treat of hop tour de force. The concentration of fresh hop here surpasses anything commercially available ive ever found. For two decades, hop industry home brewing friends have brought special projects around like this every fall when their grain and hops come in peak form.

The deep green grass, rich explosive pine, profound herbaceous nuanced deep floral perfumy dankness cannot be described. Bitter, but bracingly so. Second, third and fourth waves of stewed strawberry with lemoncello and key lime, vanilla, biscuity cereal, distant blueberry papaya cherry. The fruitiness on the backhalf blows me away.

Potentially the finest, grandest, brightest dipa i’ve ever had. Might quit ipas after this to quit on top lol. Like pliny the younger but brighter, richer yet lighter, more expressive and nuanced and balanced, and all with a completely new landscape. This will ruin your palate with its intensity and quality. I’m floored.

Can from Breakside in Beaverton.

A clear orange with a thin, rapidly receding white head that leaves nice lacing. The nose is absurd. The amount of fresh hop character crammed in here is incredible, so dank, so much herb, so resinous, the dank citrus and pine of Wanderlust taken to another level. Just stupid good. The level of FH character is similar to what I found in this year's FH Wanderjack, but with the danker Crystal hops, the focus is just better IMO. The palate opens dank, rich and resinous, oily, bitter, with so much weed that it's kinda hilarious. Layers of hop flavor flow over the palate, just so rich and so lovely. Mild malt sweetness is present , and alcohol is well hidden. This is just stupid good beer.
