It’s light, bright, dreamy, and fun. It features a heavy hand with Strata CGX– the concentrated hop pellet that our friends at Crosby Farms developed, and Mosaic Incognito– an infamous liquid form of Mosaic that helps create a deeply saturated, oily hop flavor. We couple these with some New Zealand-grown Nectaron which brings a ton of stonefruit and old school diesel to the plate, and Talus, the under-appreciated supporting actor, that throws notes of lime leaf, tangerine, and peach melba.

Pours an clear amber/orange color with a minimal head and a fair amount of carbonation. The aroma is citrus and sweet fruit, with a mild bitterness throughout. Taste is sweet, malty and fruity. Nicely balanced, very good beer. BOD 12-14-2023.

these guys are just good at everything, one of my favorites anywhere, they do it all! this is so solid, clean and bold, clear and light and bright and unassuming looking, not a hazy which is cool, but also not very bitter to me, at least as the style goes, still has some back end punch. the hop profile is exceptional, it tastes like it smells, and the flavor kicks in early, has to be a cryo or something happening with this level of pungency and up front intensity but lack of green bite, its not overdone or harsh in the least, in fact its quite drinkable for what it is. a honey note from the grain in support of bigtime clover, lime zest, tangerine, rainbow skittles, mosaic catty character, and white fleshy coconut and its water, tropical and resinous, some weedy west coast dankness too, old school and new at the same time, really interesting. some peach and nectarine as it warms, lemongrass, grapefruit peel, and an ever so slight fusel alcohol thing that i actually think adds zip to the hops, stronger than its listed here i think, not a flaw for me at all in it. its insanely fresh, has some late spruce and candied lemon, and is warming and pleasant. expert ipa from these guys, wicked hop profile, a touch sweet through it, not a ton of body, nothing at all from the ferment to me, very good, underrated.

Pours exceptionally clear copper color. Head was whitests of whites with lots of infused bubbles in the foam Decent lacing. Nose was hoppy dankness. Taste was piney, but not a lot. Unfortunately not much bitterness. Dry beer.

Can from Capitol Highway Deli Mart.

A cleat light orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is solid, a modern WCIPA with little malt, lots of fruit on a clean base, but unfortunately, the higher alcohol does get noticeable, lending an astringency to the nose. Citrus, gooseberry, melon, stone fruit. Similarly, on the palate, the warming boozy character holds the beer back, lending a harsh bitterness , undoing the goodness that the hops lend. Gooseberry, melon, stone fruit, citrus, all nice flavors but not particularly cohesive on the finish.
