This beer pours a darker golden/orange color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet citrus and floral with a hint of malt. Taste is more towards tropical citrus, carbonation, and a piney, hoppy bitterness. Good beer if you're an IPA lover. BOD 7-18-2024

Pours a clear yellow-amber with ample foam in the goblet. Aromatic with lemon and grapefruit. Bright and lively on the tongue. Bitter aftertaste, but within reason, in the classic IPA style. Overall this is a friendly and highly drinkable hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 08/13/24.

Canned 7/18. Pour is an unfiltered but attractive amber with a light head. Aroma has a strong, but fleeting, floral bouquet. Taste has the trademark hop-forward characteristic of a WCIPA, without excessive bitterness or harshness. Nicely done. The flavors persist through the finish, with a nod to the malt base at the end. Overall, medium dryness and no sweetness. The 7% ABV is also dialed in very well.. a super-well crafted WCIPA. Here's hoping we see Gala as a regular resident of Breakside's rotation.
