Canned 9/15 - very fresh. Pour is light haze, modest head. The contribution of the Mosaic FH to the aroma of a load of stone fruit with a grassy accent; as if you were standing in the orchard itself. Taste is moderately dry with no sweetness. Hop bitterness is pure WCIPA, strong and clean. The FH add here is a more assertive hop flavor without adding any harshness to the finish.
