"A Bavarian hefeweizen hopped like an IPA".
Appearance is cloudy gold with a small white head leaving very nice lace.
Smell is sweet citrus, earthy, a little banana.
Taste is earthy, fairly bitter hops with modest banana esters, a touch phenolic. Hint of key limes.
Mouthfeel is soft, full carbonation, light bodied.
Drinkability is pretty high. I like the concept, but I would have preferred less bittering hops, more bright citrusy hop flavor. Not sure what hops they used, lots of Amarillos would have worked nicely me thinks.
