A - Pours a deep brown with white head. Some reddish tones as well.
S - Phenolic with stone fruits. Cherry. A bit of heat.
T - This is a bourbon-forward beer for sure, but the belgian quality does shine through. I get a lot of cherry and spice in this.
M - A little lower on the mouthfeel just because of the heat. Medium bodied.
O - Looking forward to more beers from an exciting new brewery in my hometown.
