Served in a nonic pint, it pours a light yellow, murky, with a two-finger white head, sudsy, with excellent retention.
The bouquet is predominantly wheat malts and a citric pungent note, as in lemon. A slight yeasty aroma is also perceptible.
Upfront you get hit by tons of carbonation. Almost alongside the initial carbonation, you get a moderately sweet note of malts and a humble citrusy note. Lots of spices. Right afterwards, the hops really kick in, taking over your palate and actually coating it with a little bit of astringency, which may come a bit from the spices too.
The aftertaste is long, dry, and with the taste of wheat malts. Some acidity in it as well as the astringent note.
Light body, refreshing.
Not a bad beer, but too bitter for my taste. I might not seek this again.

Golden color with a thick head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of lemon citrusy and bread malt.
Flavor with notes of barley and wheat malt sweetness balanced by citrusy hops, lemongrass, orange peel, good deal of spices, white bread and yeast. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness and some acidity sensation.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Very sessionable and refreshing. It is some sort of Wit with less wheat malt and yeast and more hops.

This is a very nice american wheat ale, strong spices, vainilla and banana notes with a nice hops kick, very drinkable and sessionable. Pours hazy orange with a white foam head.
