From tab at the brewpub. Was explained to me as a Witbier with apricot. That is a possible way to describe this beer but it is much more. It is a really harmonic blend of rather contrasting flavors like apricot fruitiness, strong bitterness (for the style), brett character, tartness and Saison-like dryness. A really complex beer that remains really drinkable at only 5%. A masterpiece with a golden body.
