Pours a yellow slightly hazy body with no foam, almost no carbonation.
Smell starts out all lactobacillus, later clearly passion fruit, some eathyness
Taste is nicely tart with a (passion)fruity aftertaste, sourness not overwhelming
flat and medium to thin, little astringency
strange brew because there is no carbonation, smell and taste are excellent for a Berliner Weisse, passion fruit suits the lactic tartness very well. Could be a great refreshing session beer if it would have the carbonation of a regular Berliner Weisse.
