Little foam, pale with some red
Fruity brett notes with raspberry
Taste is also brett and raspberry, ends with a little bitterness and tart, leaves you dry and wanting more. Balanced by rather wood than malt flavors
Low carbonation, medium body, limited astringency
A nice fruity refreshing brett beer from this great brewery

12 oz pour on tap into a tulip at Craft Beer Cellar in Columbia, MO. Pale, very slightly pink, with a wispy and quickly settling white head. Nose is lightly fruity and funky. Very pleasant. Carbonation is prickly like sparkling water. Taste is acidic/tart, but not really sour, with ample Brett funk and light raspberry. Overall a very nice beer, but lacks the "rustic" qualities typically found in the style, making it seem less like a lambic, and more like a modern wild ale.

On draft. Poured out a clear, golden color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of raspberry, lemon and caramel. Tart but not overly sour with lots of raspberry taste.
