33cl bottle. Pale yellow with a white head. Smells like lemon juice, unripe passion fruit, yeast, papaya. The taste is bitter-sweet and quite well balanced, dry and subtly bretty. Light bodied with a light carbonation and a refreshingly bitter aftertaste.

Hazy, bright straw color with white head. Aroma has floral yeast, grass and hay. Taste is slightly astringent and yeasty, slightly bitter and dusty on the finish. Light body with high effervescence. Not so well made.

funky Saison with low alcohol. refreshing. some tartness. very restrained melon aroma.
