Berliner Weissbier just like this one is a low abv thirst quencher that needs to be paired with sirup most of the cases because the lactic sourness is overbearing. Not in this one. It is very nicely balanced and tart rather than sour. Very refreshing. The perfect summer time beer. I hope I can find enough of these during the warmer season.
