Growler poured to a tulip.
A - Deep copper with hints of ruby when held up to the light. Big, tight, long-lasting head.
S - Lots of complex malt. Toasty, caramel, biscuit. Low hops. Plenty of yeast character, with moderate bubblegum, banana, and spicy cloves.
T - Similar to aroma. Complex malt with bread, caramel, toast. Caramel sweetness. No hops to speak of. Lots of yeast character, with banana, clove, and other spices.
M - Medium-high body with high carbonation, just right for this style. Pleasant alcohol warmth.
O - Very enjoyable beer. Alcohol is well hidden. Hope this is a regular!

On tap. Fresh.
Appearance - Hazy, muddy brown. Little to no head.
Aroma - Toffee, caramel, banana, touch of smokiness.
Taste - Dark fruit, banana, caramel, a touch of both booze and clove.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, lively carbonation, and a little alcohol burn.
Overall - Alcohol is hidden well. Great beer for a cool Autumn evening. Preferably around a fire pit/fireplace.
