On draught.. Fresh
Appearance - Opaque dark brown. Light khaki head. Scattered lacing.
Aroma - Roasted coffee beans, semi sweet chocolate, sweet malt.
Taste - Roasted, slightly bitter coffee beans. Small chocolate and oak.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation.
Overall - This is definitely a coffee stout. Tastes more like a big watered down black coffee. Would like to see some lactose, vanilla, or maple added in future brews for a bit more depth... I'm a fan!

Single finger off white head with scattered lacing on a jet black body. Aroma is dominated by coffee and espresso but isn't overwhelming. Burnt wood and nutty notes as well with sweet dark fruit inter mixed. Flavor follows with more coffee going in and out throughout the experience with notes of wood, roasted malts. This one isn't too bitter. Fairly dry as expected for the amount of coffee, lightly carbonated and full body. Definitely a coffee lovers stout. Simple but flavorful. Nice subtle sweetness to both aroma and flavor.
