Appearance - Hazy straw, white head leavening decent lacing throughout.
Aroma - Lactic, apple juice, subtle apricot and citrus fruit.
Taste - Apricot, sour apple, lactic sourness, subtle woody/earthy note.
Mouthfeel - Tart, drying, soft, low to average carbonation.
Overall - Really great, love the subtle apricot. I would like a touch more oak/wood character. Nitpicking.
