On tap, fresh.
Ap - Black. Even with a bright light, only the slightest chestnut brown shows on the edges. The 1 finger khaki head dissipates to a thin film and about 1/8" ring that stays for a while. There is a slight spotty lace that follows the liquid into your mouth.
Ar - Wow! Coffee, lactose, vanilla (more as it comes to preferred drinking temp.)
T - Vanilla ice cream with a hint of ground up coffee beans. A subtle note of cocoa, but nothing too crazy.
M - Great, yet, I want a touch fuller, and just a bit more carbonation. Nitpicking at its finest, because this is better than most.
O - I want this to be more than a pilot batch. It needs to be full time, or at least in bottles. It's that good. Congratulations.
