Ap - Unfiltered, melted milk chocolate with a slightly lighter brown/ruby hue around the edges. Thin ring leaves no lace.
Ar - Chocolate and sweet rum dominate. There's a subtle breadiness, too.
T - "Chocolate-Truffle" is a fairly close name to what it tastes like. The sweetness from the rum enhances the dessert-like quality of this one. There's a hint of roasted cocoa? And a little vanilla, too.
M - Medium to full bodied. Booze and chocolate linger in the best way possible.
O - Very good dessert beer. Would love to try this with food; cheesecake, molten lava chocolate, strawberries, etc.. I bet some age would help the rum mellow out to a perfect level. It truly tastes a bit like a chocolate truffle...
