Ap - Dark brown w/an amber hue around the edges. There's a thin khaki head that recedes to a tiny ring. Very minimal and spotty lace.
Ar - Sweet, chocolate bourbon. (Similar to Prichard's Chocolate Bourbon). There really is a truffle smell.
T - Very similar to the aroma. Sweet milk chocolate and vanilla truffle, that has been soaking in a Porter. There's a subtle roast character as well.
M - Medium bodied, lower end of the spectrum for carbonation. I would like this even more if it were a bit fuller or creamier...
O - I prefer this to the rum barrel version. Once again, it tastes very similar to the name. It's highly drinkable.
... This would be awesome with cherries/strawberries/mint etc through a Randall; or just by itself on nitro.
