I was pumped to see a Gose on tap at Aardwolf.
It was served in a pint glass and the beer is a hazy straw with a skim of off white head.
Nose is of malts and something delightfully sour. It kind of reminds me of sour heads candy.
Taste is tart and refreshing. Sit is sour and grainy with a bit of lemon rind. I like how the sourness ramps up as you work your way through the beer.
The mouth is crisp and smooth. Thank you sir, can I have another?

Appearance: light golden, very clear. No visible sediment. No head.
Smell: slightly citrusy and tart.
Taste: bitter and lemony, with a nice and strong mouthfeel.

th person who let us taste it said its not made with brett anymore, so its tasts like weak yellow coolaid with too many lemons if you ask me. no salt , sad....

Hazy gold with a white head. An amazing tart, funky aroma with a flavor profile to match. Dry finish with a moderately thick body. Refreshing and very drinkable, this is one of the best examples of a gose I have had.
