On tap at Aardwolf Brewing Company in Jacksonville, FL.
Pours a golden yellow, with a half inch head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells very dominantly of Brett, and less dominantly of IPA, although I do get some citrus.
This one's good, but it feels like the Brett got a little out of control. There's a lot of sweaty horse blanket character to this, along with some musty tropical fruit and a little bit of pine. It's tasty, but a little one note with the Brett.
This is light bodied, with a crisp but musty mouthfeel, and a higher level of carbonation.
Not a bad effort, but the Brett is a little too strong.
