Drinking this at the Aardwolf Brewery in Jacksonville Florida.
On tap poured into a pint glass.
Appearance, got, "the slow pour," poured into a pilsner glass, well worth the wait, beautiful white foamy head towering inches above the glass rim, beautiful!
Smells, floral, lightly bready
Taste, spicy, lightly fruity.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall, a very fine pilsner that I would definitely order again.

On tap at Town Beer Co. in Murray Hill in Jax. Happy to see this because I’ve been on an Aardwolf kick lately. Their diversity of styles and experimentation definitely puts them ahead of anyone else in Northeast Florida. This is a superb Pilsner and certainly meets the criteria for top shelf in the style. Great malt bill and fantastic finish. Well done!

Adalwolf by Aardwolf. German Pilsner served in a pint glass at Zeta Brewery. They always have some great guest taps. It's like 92 with 90% humidity so this sounded great.
The beer is a dark copper. It has sticky off-white head and a bit of a chill haze.
It has an aroma of grains with floral and spice notes.
The taste is nice! It's slightly sweet with cracker like malts and more than a touch of spicy bitterness. It is balanced with a soft yet zippy mouth feel.
This is extremely poundable. Nice to see this one!

This is how a Pilsner should taste. I want this to be bottled. So incredibly refreshing.
