This beer was brewed for my wedding. It was a small wedding and was the hottest thing offered.
Single finger head on a Amber and rusty cloudy body. Aroma of citrus, sweet malts, hint of floral. Flavor was very well balanced between malt and hop despite the hop bomb blowing this one up. The aroma matched the citrus notes of taste. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Very delicious, almost too much so. At 8.5% it caught up with some quicker than they were expecting. Ali and I thank Aardwolf for this honor!
