This is the color of a murky marsh, brownish red, with a slight haze and a tan ring.
Smell is toast with milky yet caramelized pecan and candy apple. Wow this is intense.
There's a ton of bourbon-infused caramel and candied pecan in flavor, accented by fig, aged cherry and a slight twang of red wine vinegar. Very unique and tasty.

Had at Brewers Ball in Tampa. Not sure its a Rye beer? Might have started out as one. Listed as a "Wood and Barrel-Aged Sour Beer" and is it! the barrel aging has made the feel, smell & taste perfect! typical sour but with the BA its one of a kind!
