A: Pours a crystal clear medium to dark reddish amber in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate ruby red + copper + brassy + medium golden yellow + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of toasted + caramel + bready malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of floral + earthy + herbal hops. Hints of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of toasted + caramel + bready malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light to moderate flavors of floral + earthy + herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away after a moderate amount of time leaving light lingering sweet caramel + bready malts.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of crispness initially with a fairly smooth mid-body and a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a lighter mouthfeel. Enjoyable with good malts flavors and aromas and just enough hop presence to balance it out from being overly sweet.

Drinking this at The Aardwolf Brewery in Jacksonville Florida.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears a clear golden yellow with a nice foamy head that lasted and some nice lacing.
Smells lightly bready, floral.
Taste follows the nose.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with adequate carbonation.
Overall a very nice Vienna Lager that I would definitely order again.

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear amber with thin white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had hints of sweet malt. The taste was nicely balanced and reminded me of Samuel Adams Boston Lager. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.
