Single finger off white head with nice lacing on a copper and burnt orange colored hazy body. Aroma of candied orange, caramel malts, onion, tart grapefruit and pineapple. Flavor definitely is heavy in the onion realm. First sip hits hard with sweet and caramelized onions moving to burnt caramel, tart fruits and pine then finishing with onion And resins. Medium to full body and moderate carbonation. Very nice all summit hopped IPA. One of my favorites as a solo hop brew and this one is well made.
