I'm not sure if this Kolsch didn't have more of a name, but I did a taste today and then bought a growler, which I am guzzling.
It is a middle of the road Kolsch, which is the only kind that should exist. Others are too malty or too hoppy, this is the one for Goldilocks, just right. It is a perfect balance, really, which I think is a very difficult thing to do.
The only rap I have on this is I think I was overcharged. Is a growler really $24? Poor value, but I really love this tiny brewery.

These guys dont make pilsners but they do make an excellent Kolsch.
If i didnt know better I would guess this beer was a lager. Clean and crips. Very refreshing.
A - a clear straw colored beer with white head
S- slight hop aroma
T- appropriate bitterness, clean lager like finish, slight fruit
M- medium light body, medium high carbonation
O- excellent summer beer
