12oz pour into Stange glass at the brewery. $6 per pour. 9.2% ABV.
Yellow/orange liquid, few particles, white head, thick lacing.
Heavy tropical fruits, hibiscus, honey, tangerine. The aroma is really over the top lending to the sight of patrons sniffing their beer prior to every sip.
The tropical fruits are at the forefront: smooth orange/tangerine, a mild hop resin and sugar cane.
Smooth bitterness, medium body, alcohol absent, nice dry finish.
The aroma is incredible and really brings home the orange blossoms and honey. Hard to believe this is 9.2% with such a smooth, easy drinking braggot. Well done.
