Enjoying this beer on-tap at the Lakewood Bottlehouse. Served to me in tulip glass, this beer draws a very clear light to medium golden color with a nice white head that's about 2/3 of an inch thick when first served to me. Head settles to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass. Not much lacing. Aromas of some tartness along with a hint of peaches and a definite wheat presence. The taste pretty much follows suit, with a crisp malt and wheat flavor upfront that gives way to a nice sour tartness with some citrus hints and a peach presence along with salt flavor. The flavors here blend together very nicely indeed. Has a fairly crisp, yet smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. The hint of sour tartness really sits nicely on the palate in the beer's aftertaste, and this has a clean finish. A very enjoyable take on this style.
