Enjoying this beer on-tap at their Lakewood location. Served in a tulip glass, this beer draws a clear, deep Amber red color with a white head that's about 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch thick when first served. Head eventually settled nothing at all and has only the faintest hint of lacing. Aromas of tart, musty funk and certainly a nice blueberry hint. Has a tart, somewhat barnyard funky, sour, slightly salty and even slightlier vinegary flavor with a nice hint of blueberry sweetness that starts to balance out the flavor profile a bit. Really enjoying the flavor profile with this one. Has a slightly crisp, fairly smooth light to medium bodies mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. Has a clean and dry finish. The flavor profile really coats the inside of my lmouth and my tongue and likes to stick around for awhile. Good stuff here indeed.
