Bottle pour is a slappy and splashy thin body of very dark blueish purple with minimal to no carbonation but for a weak bubbly collar.
As it pours, fresh blueberries perfume the air. After settling, closer inspection still has the blueberry note, but an overpowering note of acidity, oak, and pepper come in, with additional touches of rose and brie.
Taste is quite tart but also a little buttery, like pie crust, with very acidic, oaky blueberry on the finish.
Feel is thin with a semi-dry, crisp, tongue twistingly sour finish.
