Having this beer on-tap at the Cleveland Heights location. Served to me in a tulip glass, this beer draws a clear, medium to dark golden color with a small, white head that's about an inch thick when first drawn and served and that settles quickly to a thin white ring lining the inside of the glass at the beer's surface. Not really any lacing here. Aromas of some bready malts and some apricot zest along with a bit of an herbal note are all present. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready malts that are followed by some apricot fruit that has a zesty, tart sourness w/ a bit of barnyard funk. Not much of a discernible hop presence, and that's to be expected for a beer of this style. A slight herbal hop presence is found here, and I feel like I had to look for it on my palate. Has a crisp, also smooth, medium to full bodied mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean, dry finish and aftertaste. The sour apricot notes air on my palate for awhile as well after each sip. A good beer here.
