Collaboration with Hilltop Brewery, MC77 Birrificio Artigianale & Jungle Juice Brewing
Inspired by Mexican corn lagers, with a straw yellow color and compact foam, this simple and fragrant celebratory beer finds its natural complement in the light additions at the end of boiling Sabro hops, lemon zest and salt, for a drinkability and freshness outside. from the municipality.

In collaboration with Lucky Brews (Vicenza) + Hilltop Brewery (Bassano Romano, Viterbo) + Birra MC-77 (Caccamo di serrapetrona, Macerata, Marche).
5.5% Mexican lager with the use of Mexican corn, Sabro hops at the end of boiling and the addition of lemon peels.
Golden blonde, abundant foam and of fair consistency.
On the nose, light hints of cereal and a hint of citrus.
In the mouth it is definitely much spicier than a classic continental Lager, no bread / wheat crust is felt.
Spiced, but much less than the Mexican Lager of the Pontino Brewery in which the herbaceous notes of the yeast from Mexico City characterize the beer.
Here rather, it seems to me that it is the albedo (the white of the lemon) that characterizes the drink, without ever going on the "lemon", it always remains on the citrus peel with hints between light fruity and a slight bitter.
Very summery, refreshing and tasty.
