Very enjoyable. Had on cask at Freetail in SA. Brewer said it was 7.3% ABV.
I am guessing on the availability. I will try to find out and update.
Black and viscous, very much a typical dry Irish stout in every way. Good aroma and flavor, plenty of dark roasty and burnt flavor, some coffee/chocolate, very dry finish. You could lightly feel the heat from the ABV after about 2/3 of a glass. Not sure if the "oyster" was really evident, but in the best oyster stouts I've had, it never really was that evident.
Certainly try a glass if you get a chance, it was very tasty. I want to find more beers by Branchline now. Cheers to Freetail for stocking something of someone else's that had me try something new.
