A: The color is a a muted yellow orange, very similar to that of grapefruit juice. The brew is also very opaque, adding depth to the juice-like appearance. The head was white and thin, dissipating quickly, although a thin line remains.
S: The scent is very alcoholic upfront, while traces of grains and fruits frolic in the background. You can smell a refreshing slightly darker fruit, possibly the smell of the apricots. All of the fruits add a lovely sweetness.
T: The flavor is very light and refreshing, mimicking the scent. The overwhelming alcohol from the smell is absent in the brew's taste, which creating a flavor unique to the wheat and fruits. There are small hints of the peach and apricots in the taste, although it seems the fruit mainly acts to lighten the wheat flavor. Both compliment each other well.
M: The brew is very gently carbonated with a light fluidity on the palate.
O: This is a wit brewed with apricot, pears, and peaches. It is a solid brew, from this brewery I wouldn't expect anything less, although it could benefit from a slightly more complex flavor, by adding more of a the fruits or adding stronger fruits.
