Single hop DIPA w/Galaxy hops.
Poured from growler filled 2 hrs. earlier.
Nice looking clear straw, maybe 1/2 inch loose white head.
Smell of bitter floral, grass, alcohol.
Taste of bright bitter hops up front. Mostly sharp floral, some lime rind. Maltiness is hard to find, alcohol seems hidden at first, but shows up noticeably in the back of the throat.
Overall not balanced enough, needs more body, but a nice crisp bitter floral one that is quite drinkable.
