Thanks to rudzud for this interesting beer.
Light fizzy head light lacing, hazy pinkish rusty orange.
Nose brings mild phenols, big floral hibiscus and candied flowers, little nutty creamy, earthy like. Little fruit.
Taste brings lots of hibiscus, herbal flowery tea, candied flowers, into earthy nutty, doughy like thick pretzel dough, hint spicy hop, mild phenols fruit esters, quite yeasty, very much like a funky ish Belgian yeast. Finish drier but sticky, mild spicy hop, fruity with lots of hibiscus.
Mouth is med bod, light carb.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a lightly rose amber hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of light malts, maybe some Belgian, light doughy, nice floral hibiscus notes. Really unique with definitely some hints of something that maybe shouldn't be there.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, loads of floral hibiscus notes. Loads of doughy notes, almost like pretzel dough. Really faint sweetness, super floral notes. Really interesting finish though notes of dough and floral.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, nice dry finish.
O - Overall this beer was decent, clearly something got in here. Thankfully it didn't make it awful, but, not really a pale.
