This ale was fermented with Belgian Ardennes yeast, then moved to a select oak barrel which already had our wild house yeast. Then we aged it in the barrel for 7 months with 12 different strains of Brett yeast and our house yeast -- hints of peach, mandarin oranges, nectarines, vanilla, and other fruits that you will pick up with age.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip nice crystal clear honey hue with a thin white head that fades to leave thin lacing and nice wisps.
S - Aromas of nice funky brett, great oranges and peaches. Light oak and barrels, faint vanilla, light yeasty finish. Very aromatic. Good stone fruits.
T - Taste is berries and cream, vanilla, oranges, peaches, stone fruit. Nice barrel as well. Just excellent fruit qualities, incredible it all came from yeast.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, lightly flemmy.
O - Overall this beer was rather tasty. Really figured throwing this many stations in a beer would be a mess, but, this was good. Best non stout from these guys yet.

Light fizzy creamy head fades pretty quickly, slight hazy golden tan color.
Nose big tart fruity funk, stone fruit, sour like, big sour Brett and bacteria like funk, little citrus, little yeasty too, little vanilla buttery oak, very bright
Taste big sour funk again, plenty of tart mildly acidic funk, fair fruity stone fruit, generic fruity character, even a little berry, faint tannins, more berry as it goes, some buttery oak on the back end, faint vanilla. Finish flemmy tart funk, sour stone fruit and buttery oak.
Mouth is med bod, lighter carb, little acidic and flemmy.
Overall not bad, a lot going on there. Fruit was pretty nice, sour good, yeasty character was eh, but still nice.
