moderate viscosity, Huge chocolate aroma, orange, barrel and apple brandy giving it a rich holiday type of nose. Ultimately the smell trumps the the flavor. The barrel and spirit notes decouple from the flavor and you end up with a delicious chocolate and orange front end that falls away as the spirit rises up, leaving a brandy heat lingering, bringing a bit of a grape and baked apple element with it.
