Features a fine and creamy off white head over very cloudy deep brown liquid. The nose is very true to an authentic Belgian, fruity and spicy/sweet with a great roasty note to boot. The taste is a brief bit of weizen-like banana esteriness and fluffy spiciness with a solid roasted malty base and well balanced yet bold hop bitterness. The finish is rich, bitter, and roasty/chocolatey, Gretchen hit a home run with this one, recommended!
