On tap at Basil T's.
Golden in color, crystal clear, no head, no lacing. Sugary sweetness in the aroma, toasted grains. Taste was very sweet with notes of honey and toasted cereal grains. Really nothing else going on here at all, and almost a complete absence of hops. Light body, lower carb. I guess this would be an easy enough drinker if you were doing keg stands and didn't really care about taste, but otherwise, this was pretty much a nasty little beer, and not worth revisiting (or even visiting once, if you've never had it).

On tap at the Basil T's Brew Pub.
Poured a ligh and see through yellow color with no white head. Aromas some wheat and grains. Tastes of the same wheatiness and grainy. Lighlty sweet with a very light hop presence at the finish.

This one is fairly boring and just average all around.
It pours a clear golden to lighter yellow colour with barely a hint of a head.
The aroma is a touch sweet and a touch grainy/wheaty, but that's about it really.
Flavour is basically more of the same. There are slight hints of hops scattered here and there and a touch of lemon, but that's it really. Again, very very basic. Mouthfeel is a bit thin at times but nothing to complain about.
Is this one easy drinking? Sure, but it's not terribly enjoyable. That's not to say that it's bad, it's just kind of blah. This one occupies one of the low spots on Red Bank Basil T's totem pole for me...

Ordered this one up to throw down before hitting the next bar on the crawl. It came in a pint and was a light straw colored beer with a really big (2 - 3 fingers) head. Not much going on in the nose, some wheat, some grass. The taste was light with notes of citrus. The mouthfeel was light even for the style.
Overall not a bad beer, moderately drinkable.

The beer poured a translucent pale gold color with a spotty white lace head. The aroma was average. It has a very plain and weak wheat scent with little to no clove or banana aroma. The taste was average as well. It had a grainy pale wheat flavor with no yeast fruitiness in the finish. This was a real bust. The mouthfeel was decent. It was a low bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This was a decent drinker, but not high on my wheat beer rankings. There was almost no character to this beer at all.

A crystal clear golden body is topped by a frothy, bright-white head that holds fairly well initially but drops to just a thin collar during the first few sips. The nose displays some wheat-ish malt and delicate citrus. The body is light; and it's crisp on the tongue with a fine, median level carbonation. The delicate flavor displays a mildly sweet and wheat-ish malt with a gentle twang. It's surprisingly well-backed by hop bitterness and finishes crisp, dry and refreshing. Delicate but firm!

Pale straw color, decent head. Aroma is slightly grassy with some citrus. Light wheat flavor with lemony tartness...crisp and thirst quenching. Slightly above average for the American wheat style IMHO. Since American wheats are not my favorite, those who are partial to the style may rate it higher.
