On-tap at The Original Basil T's, Red Bank, NJ
A: The beer is clear yellowish amber in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down, leaving some lacing on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pumpkins and pumpkin spices are present the the nose; these become stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste is similar to the smell except that the flavors are stronger. Nutmeg seems to stand out among the spices.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit watery on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has nice pumpkins flavors without being overly spicy, but a somewhat weak aroma (before it warms up) and a slightly watery mouthfeel.
