From the brewer: Siskiyou Pass English Pale Ale (ESB)... An English style Pale Ale brewed with European hops, and uniquely malted grains. Kettle caramelization assures a butterscotch honey like flavor lending that pub flair for an English Pale Ale.
Wasn't quite what I was expecting from an English pale. Had some malty sweetness, but lacked hoppyness. Drinkable, but not amazing by any means. New brewery though, so I'll give them some time to iron things out.
