This experimental light coloured stout is our turn on the famous White Russian drink. A cold infusion of dark malts lends a nutty toffee and roasted notes while the use of coffee beans and cocoa nibs during secondary fermentation add complex coffee and chocolate flavours. Kahlua liqueur was added to enhance the aroma and the mouthfeel to create a lactose-free stout that is smooth, coffee forward with a slightly sweet aftertaste. 15 IBUs
