Bomber from Sherbrooke Beer Club selection in Edmonton, AB.
Pours a hazy pale orange with 1/2 finger of off white head - sits pretty still in the glass.
The aroma is bready/doughy caramel malt, sightly fruity with hints of peach, apricot; some clove.
Tastes sweet and malty with notes of banana, clove, peach; slightly floral with some vinous sharpness and mild tartness.
Medium mouthfeel with more carbonation than look of the pour, sweet yet somehow slightly dry, finishes with just a touch of fruity tartness.
Very decent and drinkable.
