On tap at The Rhino Winter Fest. No one has brewed a non-glutten quad before. Lots of candi sugar, a good malting, sweetish yet hitting the style. Medium mouthfeel, a regular quad would be fuller. A sipper. A few tweaks and this will be making noise.
