This is an unfiltered Organic Blonde beer, had at Biofach '04. Very nice folks at the booth were happy to sit and talk beer. Pour was a golden blonde, although slightly cloudy, with a small white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma was of fresh vollkornbrot. Had a good taste, mouthfeel was slightly prickly, which I like. Very nice beer, would have again, and I can, because I brought a bottle back.
