Wow. Great pop! Im anxious for the carbonation of this one. The odor is bright, citrusy, lightly skunked. Great head. The bubbles are microscopic and attack the tongue with aggressive vitality. This beer feels like the conflict that has torn at Alsace for the past two centuries. Taste is similar to a German pilsener. There are loads of German hops. This is very becks like aside from the light and frothy head. Major bite. I would say that this beer reminds me most of Quolfrisch.
