Poured from cellar temp. Pours a nice transparent yellow with fluffy white head that disappears much faster than most triples that I've had. The nose is really nice. Lots of malts, graham cracker, caramel, apple, banana pudding, a touch of cinnamon.
The taste is good. Not quite as good as the nose suggested, but tasty. Malty, with lots of banana and biscuits. Caramel, slight honey, vanilla, a floral note, and a hint of lemon. Overall, a really nice beer.
