Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a very hazy golden/orange color with a 1 inch head. Smell is like a bowl of fruity pebbles. Taste is of citrus, juicy, mild bitterness, alcohol is well hidden. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

Good to see the ratings high since I paid 4.50 for the single (ouch!) Into a pint glass
A - Quite possibly the haziest beer I ever seen an orange yellow beer so hazy I can't see through it! Head is a 1/4 inch that sticks around for a bit.
S - Fruity and mildly hoppy with some dry esters.
T - Grassy lemon hops with bready body and orange fruit esters. Quite good.
M - Smooth the 8% is not detectable not bad.
Overall quite a good beer I would be willing to pick up again for half the price.

A - Pours a bright and slightly hazy orange color with a rocky white billowing head.
S - Yeasty, slightly bready, lemons, lemon grass, and bright citrus.
T - Touches of yeast along with bright citrus fruit dominates the palate: grassy, lemons, pink grapefruit, bitter orange peel and all with some earthy dankness. Bitter citrus and yeast leaves a lingering aftertaste along with some oranges at the very end leaving a pleasant finish. The 8% ABV is completely hidden.
M - Thick medium body and mild carbonation and semi-dry finish with a lot of water on the sides of the tongue with the very top of the tongue extremely dry.
O - Very interesting, crisp, and definitely worth trying. This beer continues to get better as I work through the bottle, my entire mouth is coated with citrusy goodness.

I was skeptical when buying it. I went for the tasting room in Kutztown with the intent on buying the Hop Suplex but after tasting this I was convinced this was the better beer. I was right. Very good aroma. A genuinely good imperial ipa.
