on draft, served in a shaped pint glass
very dark brown, tan colored head. not quite black. head fades. aroma is roasty, with a hint of peppery smoke. similar flavor - cocoa and roasted malt, with a touch of peppery finish, but it mild. like the aroma, its more of a subtle smokey flavor than heat. I like it, flavorful but still easy drinking. medium bodied.
